We were learning all about imperative verbs which are bossy verbs. For example: put, don't and give.
Today
we played a class game of ‘Simon Says’ to show that we can listen and follow
simple instructions. We then discussed
the term ‘Imperative verbs’ and decided they were words that sounded very
bossy. As a class, we created a thought
shower of all the ‘bossy’ verbs we could think of. After that, we wrote our own
sentences on whiteboards using an imperative word to start.

sentences:
Go to bed now.
Put your books away.
Give me your money
