Today we all went to College Lake in Tring. We went on a sensory walk through the woods, found amazing creatures in the pond and used lots of natural materials to make a special habitat.

What a busy week!
In English this week the children have been learning how to write a report. They have developed their research skills using the I pads and non fiction books. Working in groups, the children then produced some wonderful posters.

Also this week we have been focusing upon measuring in metres and centimetres. We explored the school finding lots of things to measure!
Finally, to celebrate World Book Day the whole school took part in 'Buddy Reading' . Older and younger members of our school teamed up to spend time sharing and enjoying a range of books together- remember reading is fun!
