WOW, what a busy week we have had.
It all started on Monday when we went on a visit to Tring zoological museum. The children had chance to handle some animal artefacts including seahorses, turtles, python skin and elephant poo! (always a favourite)
A big thank you to the museum for making us very welcome.

On Tuesday the children designed and made pizza- they were delicious!

Next came Wednesday- the whole school enjoyed a visit to Whipsnade zoo. The animals were amazing as were the children.

On Thursday the sun continued to shine and inspired by the animals we had seen at Tring museum and Whipsnade zoo the children painted pictures, created animal patterns and made a giant rhino and zebra.

We concluded our exhausting week with a walk to the local woods. Here the children created different pieces of artwork with all the things they found on the woodland floor.

A final note to all the amazing mums who have helped made this week possible- it could not have happened without your help. So from Mrs Lilley and all the children a huge THANK YOU!

My bean diary We have planted a runner bean seed and we are observing how the runner bean grows each week. This week my runner bean is growing really tall and the runner bean is 25cm tall. There are lots of roots. There are 3 leaves on my runner bean. By Caden and Simeon

We have been making maps of our class room. We could use building blocks, lego or paper. I had to really think where the tables go in our class. By Jayden
